Chardonnay comes in a gold dress. Aromas of exotic fruits, citrus and honey are mixed with hawthorn and honeysuckle. On the palate, curved and opulent, fat agrees to a nice soft and develops toasted and buttered aromas.

Its opulence and power make it an ideal partner for white meat of nobility, such as poultry and veal sauce. It easily satisfy crayfish and lobster, or even a foie gras.
